Delivery and Shipping
We aim to deliver orders to you within 1-3 (one-three) business days with standard shipping. Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered to cargo by 16:00 on the same day. Orders placed later will be delivered to cargo the following day.
If your order has not been invoiced, you can cancel it. To cancel, go to the "My Orders" section, select the order, click on "Cancel Order," and select "Reason for Cancellation". If your order has been invoiced and shipped, the cancellation option will not be activated. After receiving the product, create a return request.
New Balance does not issue exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for a replacement item. Return the purchased product and create a new order for the desired item(s). Our inventory changes often and select sizes and colours may sell out.
According to the "Right of Withdrawal without Cause" article in the Consumer Law, it is the first fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the product.

You have 14 days to return your order completely FREE. For the return, select the relevant order in the "My Account" tab and follow these steps:
Return Steps

1- Click on "My Orders" from the "My Account" section.

2- In the "My Orders" section, click on the order's "Order Detail" button.

3- Select the reason for return by clicking on "Return Order." If multiple products were purchased, select the ones to be returned.

4- Note the return shipping code on the screen.

5- Put the invoice and products in a single package and deliver it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the "823606566" return customer code.
In return transactions, products must be unopened/unused, undamaged, and original. You must send the product(s) in the original box with accessories and invoice. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that have lost their saleability.
Purchases made at class www.newbalance.com.tr cannot be returned/exchanged at our stores.
In case of order cancellation, it may take 48-72 hours, depending on your bank, for refunds to be reflected on your current statement.
If the returned product reaches us, the refund process begins after passing the necessary quality control stage, usually within an average of 10 business days.
