When is the review product(s) finalized?

The review period is finalized within 21 business days. When it is finalized, you will be notified by e-mail.


Product review results are in two ways;

  • No exchange and repair is provided for the product(s) under review, only a refund is made if the product is deemed to comply with the return conditions.
  • If the product is not deemed suitable for the return conditions, your product is sent back to you. You can request a second inspection for your product within the framework of consumer law.
