Which cargo company do you work with ?

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo.  

What is your shipping fee ?

 Our shipping fee is 39.90 TL. Shipping is free for purchases over 1500 TL.

What is your delivery time ?

You can place an order via newbalance.com.tr to any address in Türkiye. Orders are shipped on business days. Working days are Monday through Friday, except for public holidays in Türkiye. Orders placed before 13:00 are delivered until 17:00 on the same day. Orders placed later will be delivered the next day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Orders placed on the weekend are delivered to the cargo within the first 2 (two) business days following. 
  • Orders may take longer to process and deliver during public holidays

Do you deliver abroad?

We provide shipping abroad through the online shop. Your orders are delivered to DHL Transportation within 2-3 (two-three) working days. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Since the delivery of your order to the cargo depends on the stock and operational process, delays may occur.
The shipping process is 14 (fourteen) business days.  
For the return of your orders delivered to addresses outside Türkiye, shipping and shipping payment is made by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for customs costs and taxes in the destination country.


What is your estimated delivery time ?

We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 (one-three) business days, but sometimes unexpected circumstances may cause a delay in delivery. 

Please find below the circumstances that may cause a delay in delivery.

  • You may have ordered more than one order. Depending on stock availability, your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
  • Your order may have been placed during a public holiday. 
  • There may be delays due to the operational process of the cargo company.
  • In case of incomplete or incorrect address/contact information, the delivery of your order may be delayed or returned to us.

 


How can I track my order and the delivery process ?

You can view all your orders and shipping status on the " My Orders " page.

How can I track shipping information after completing my orders?

You can view the status of your order by viewing the relevant order detail page on the "My Orders" page and clicking on the "Cargo Tracking" link" page. 

The product(s) in my order arrived incorrectly. What should I do?

If the product/products in your order and the product/products written on your invoice and the product/products coming out of the parcel are not the same, you can return it to us with your invoice within 14 days from the delivery date. With the domestic cargo return code given to you, you can send the product back without paying the shipping fee.

Can I change my address?

Address changes cannot be made for your confirmed orders. If you are at an incorrect/incomplete/different address, we recommend that you cancel your order and create a new order.
